Order & Shipping
Item allocation for your order will usually take 1-3 business days depending on stock availability after your payment has been received. Shipping time will apply after the above mentioned period. Shipment can be tracked from tracking no. provided after shipment collected from couriers. All items from your order are usually packed together for a convenient single delivery so that you can save on shipping. If you wish to cancel your order:
- You can notify us by email to before we have dispatched the goods to you.
- Where goods have already been dispatched to you, please wait the shipment arrive and return the goods back to us for refund. Alternatively, please contact courier company to redirect the goods. The return shipping cost at buyers responsibility.
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required. The rights to return the goods to us will NOT apply in the following circumstances:
- In the event that the product has been used.
- To any products that we have made or customized specifically for you
All orders have to ship out from our warehouse. Store Pick up is NOT available.
To make an order:
- Choose the product you after and add it to the shopping cart.
- Fill in the details for shipping or choose PayPal express payment.
- Submit the order online and wait for your shipment arrive.
- All done.
These warranties provide repair and/or replacement for a specific product by us directly to our customer. For a faulty product illegible for replacement, please contact us immediately.
- Warranty commences on the date of purchase from WELLNESSINTREND.COM.AU as marked on invoice
- Warranties do not cover ordinary wear and tear; user negligence, misuse or abuse, accident, fire, or malicious damage by a third person; alterations or modifications by a non-authorized service technician.
- For all products purchase from WELLNESSINTREND.COM.AU, we will provide TWO(2) years replacement warranty. Warranty claims for faulty goods has never been this easy. Simply fill the form below to submit a Warranty and Return Claim to our Warranty Department and we will give you more detailed instructions on how to proceed further. All enquiries are responded to within 48 hours from Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm(AEST).
The warranty is a return to base warranty, meaning that any faulty items must be returned to WELLNESSINTREND.COM.AU with shipping charges prepaid by the customer. We are not accept COD or unpaid deliveries.
When our warehouse receive the faulty item, replacement item will be sent. Approval to return an item under warranty must be granted before an item is returned.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by neglect or misuse of the product. This includes not using the item within its recommended limits, or not adhering to the recommended usage guidelines contained within the product user guide.
WELLNESSINTREND.COM.AU is not responsible in any manner whatsoever for any injury which may occur through the use of any equipment sold on this website or following the instructions and advice herein.
Free delivery is not applicable for return or replacement of a purchased product.
Reusable equipment, accessories (e.g. Thermometer, TENS Gel Pad, etc) cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene issues.
